More Sneek Peeks

Well, as its 11pm, Martha will be tucked up in bed and snoring by now, and I have just finished making her other pressie for her special birthday tomorrow. So I assume I am safe to show a peek of one of her finished presents. I just love these Heather Bailey fabrics, I dont have much of them left now, after making a quilt, (which I dont think I have put a photo of on here yet) and Marthas gifts.

Check out our new labels that arrived the other day, Martha hasn't seen them yet, she will be excited! Can anybody guess what this might be?? I will even give a hint, Martha would use this more than me!

Marthas 40th Birthday

Tomorrow, March 19th is Marthas 40th Birthday, so I have been busy sewing her a present, but as she is frequently on here, I can only show you a little sneak peek of the fabrics I have used. I have taken photos of the finished products, so will post them after I have given them to her.
Tomorrow night, the tables will be turned, and I am cooking her dinner....hope she likes KFC! Haha, no seriously, I am going to cook something for her, so that should be interesting! Pics later, if, and only if, the meal looks presentable! Haha

Graces 14th Birthday!

Yesterday, March 17th was my Graces 14th birthday and St Patricks Day! For her birthday she received lots of great pressies including, a shamrock necklace, a new mobile phone, some charms for her Lovelinks bracelet, a makeup bag, and some money. My sister made her a yummy Caramel & Toffee Cheesecake, and Robert & I made her a mudcake. We went to dinner at the Club with friends and family, and ate way too much food! Wedding Anniversary

Yesterday was our wedding anniversary and while having a coffee and caramel slice with Martha, our local florist delivered these flowers! Martha was so jealous, hehe. The pot is quite big, and is made of stone, so I will be able to put it in the garden with some pretty annuals in it. The house smells lovely when I come in the front door, the flowers have the most beautiful scent. The florist forgot to write my name on the card though, so it says, "Dear, love Robert" Hmm, how many wives does he have?? Did he forget which one he was celebrating with?? Haha! He is such a sweety, he always thinks to buy me flowers on special days, and even on some ordinary days. No sewing today though, maybe tomorrow.
