The Simple Woman's Daybook Day 1

For today Tuesday 19th January 2010

Outside my window.....it is dark & quiet. I cant see much.

I am thinking.......I should get to bed, I have to work later today.

I am thankful....that my eldest boy called me tonight to say hi

From the kitchen.... I have Rasberry cordial, yummo!

I am wearing...my pj's, stripey pants & matching singlet.

I am creating...my first Simple Woman's Daybook entry.

I am going....to kiss my kiddies goodnight on the way to bed...even if the 16 yr old No.2 son is still playing Playstation & is too cool to be kissed goodnight.

I am reading.....Sew What! Skirts. It arrived today. I love it!!

I am hoping.....that all goes well this week at my hubbys Drs appointment.

I am hearing.....Borat the cat meowing at the door, because I wont let him in, as he is malting and leaving hair everywhere.

Around the house...is way too much fabric, and too many sewing magazines!

One of my favourite things....is sitting up after everyone goes to bed,(or to their rooms for Playstation) reading blogs, sewing, watching movies.

A few plans for the rest of the week...are to start a new quilt, going to the gym tomorrow, do some bookwork, get my nails done, go to Drs with hubby, buy school supplies for kids, see a movie, have cup of tea with my besties.

Here is a picture for thought I am sharing

I read about this idea here & here . I thought it would be a great idea to remember what my family and I were up to in 2010 in years to come. I also think it might help me be a regular blogger & to think about what I want to achieve this year. I hope I dont bore you too much.
I will try ever so hard to do my posts on Mondays..but look, i am not off to a great start. Today is now Tuesday.
