Amy Butler Quilt

A good family friend of ours turned 21 in March, and I made her this simple quilt from Amy Bulter fabrics. I chose to just sew large squares together so I wouldn't lose the detail of the great patterns in her fabrics. I used two layers cakes for this quilt, so it's a nice big quilt, filled with wool wadding. I also put a little white peeper before the border and finished with a nice white bind. Jessica loved the quilt...and so did I. I almost kept it for myself, as I just love Amy Butler fabrics, and it came up really well after being quilted.

Maybe I could buy some more and make myself one....no, I don't need any more fabric!!
